A relaxation massage consists of performing superficial maneuvers with gentle pressure and a slow, repetitive rhythm, so that by receiving repeated and constant contact, the sensation of pain is lost and the muscles relax.
It is indicated for people with tension, anxiety, or exhaustion, which causes muscle stiffness and hardening of the fibers.
